Refund policy
We want you to love Furlo. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Furlo arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement straight away.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at shirosiberiancat@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and our team will guide you through the process.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original order and place a new one.
