Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with your tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–9 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods and public holidays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
